Submitting a debt via Telegram
Message the bot directly to onboard as a client, or use a linked group once RevRecoup sets up a shared conversation.
Create or open the client conversation
Name the Telegram group with the creditor/client name, then have an approved RevRecoup teammate add @RevRecoupBot as a group admin. The bot will not look up or link any client account unless an approved teammate such as @lapel23, @ROBINIB, @Maruf_Nick, or @SohalyAkterRini adds or promotes it as admin. If Telegram says RevRecoup has no access to messages, disable group privacy in @BotFather with /setprivacy -> RevRecoupBot -> Disable, then re-add the bot or promote it to admin.
Link the creditor
If the bot cannot match the group name automatically, send /link Creditor Name. The linked conversation appears in Messages as Creditor - RevRecoup, and Telegram-synced messages do not trigger email notifications.
Submit or request status
Send /submit to add a debt, attach an invoice/photo for auto-extraction, send /needed to see missing fields, or send /status to request the latest visible status for submitted debts.
Preview the chat flow
This is what every submission looks like once you're linked.
1/5 โ What's a short title for this debt?
No app to install. No login form. Private messages start rate-limited client onboarding and first-debt submission; private DMs cannot search accounts or request client statuses. Linked RevRecoup group conversations can submit debts and request visible statuses after an approved teammate makes the bot an admin.
After you submit
Here's what to expect from our side.
Within 1 business day
Our team reviews each submission. Status moves from submitted โ not_started โ in_progress.
If we need more info
We may mark a deal as data_needed โ check your ๐ Notifications. Upload documents directly to any deal.
When we collect
Status moves to collected. Funds, minus our commission, are remitted to you per your service agreement.
